Noltic is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a good sense of quality and superior analytical and communication skills. If you are such a person, we invite you to join our team!

What You Will Do

Communication with the customer to gather and understand requirements and customer needs;

Processing technical documents;

Understand business problems, critically evaluating of business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view;

Facilitating requirement discussions with key stakeholders to ensure decisions are made and understood by all;

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices through continuous learning and certifications.

We Are Looking For

2+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience in the Salesforce platform; understanding what’s possible with the Salesforce platform;

Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders;

Experience in documenting requirements;

Ability to represent a workflow or process with the diagram;

Wireframing skills;

Great analytics skills;

Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;

Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving;

Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes;

Contribute to change management efforts to facilitate a smooth transition to Salesforce solutions;

English Upper Intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
